The goals of the Association are as follows:

mutual association of members of the Association with the common task of improving medical informatics in Montenegro
support for the development of multidisciplinary fields of medical informatics in Montenegro
promotion and support for the development of high standards of medical informatics implementation
support for the development and introduction of new technologies in the Montenegrin healthcare
support for the development of innovation and research in the multidisciplinary fields of medical informatics
promotion and support for the development of high standards in education in the multidisciplinary fields of medical informatics
protection of intellectual property and copyright in the multidisciplinary fields of medical informatics
improvement of international scientific and technological cooperation in the multidisciplinary fields of medical informatics
